Where do you be provide Property Maintenance?

We are primarily focused on providing the primary and secondary markets in Chicago with a highly attentive, tenant-centered, and cost-efficient property maintenance.

What is the typical response time to a maintenance issue?

Our goal is to be able to be at any site within two hours of the tenant’s call. We are currently hitting that mark 95% of the time. Repairs are done on the same visit.
